To Quote An Old Buffalo Springfield Song

"Something happening here, what it is ain't exactly clear". What wasn't clear was that I had submitted my feature a few times and though I received a REQUEST on my first pitch, I hadn't on all the pitches since. All the PASSES I received really annoyed me since I could tell by the company comments that they weren't understanding what 'gold' I was offering up. F*%# them if they're idiots. Well, those feeling didn't last too long as I went back through their PASSES and reworked my pitch to become clearer... ultra-clear... And then decided to heed Joey's input from the STAGE32 site and also write about myself, other than just my name, and use the "my script is ****** meets ******. Now the reader can get who I am and the tone of my script while reading the pitch. And so today I sent in my new written pitch and got a fast REQUEST for the script. So for me, the PASSES can be just as valuable as the the REQUESTS. Bruce Kalish @killahb_5

Congrats! Stellar job.

It can take a few attempts and a few versions before you start getting requests that's for sure. Well done on sticking with it and adapting! Best of luck!

Nicole Eilers

Congrats, Bruce!

Emma J Steele

Congratulations, Bruce! Good for you taking heed of those comments and reworking! It's clearly (no pun intended) worked!

Helena Ellison
