Hi Everyone! My name is Elizabeth and I have been on Stage 32 for about a month. I am still learning the ropes to connect with others here. I graduated college in 2013 with a degree in film production and writing, but am currently trying to navigate and pursue a career in front of the camera. I have been taking classes when affordable and trying to get to as many auditions as I can while balancing work as a nanny. I am a nerd/geek when it comes to classic hollywood films and TV shows (Errol Flynn/John Wayne, Boggie, Gunsmoke, etc) but am also a lover of todays films and TV. My favorite genre is science fiction, but I love a good rom com and many others. My dream is to work as an actress and collaborator on children's programs, or in the science fiction genre. (two polar opposite genres- but my tastes are so diverse, its inevitable, lol) Please feel free to connect! Excited to meet and learn from others on this journey in Film Making! Best, Elizabeth Emma

@Brandi My favorite classic film. Wow that is a tough one lol I love too many! Over all, the one I get in the mood to watch the most, is William Wyler's Ben Hur. The epic films that Cecil B. Demille and others like Cleopatra are just so elaborate and beautiful- today's films cannot touch, but I also LOVE Giant and Alfred Hitchcock.

Make sure you eat at any of the local Greek roast beef shops if you haven't....a million calories of goodness. Also check out Salem and I loved Revere Beach in the fall. Assuming you are new to the area. There used to be a seafood shack on Revere beach and you could get a plate of fish cheap...and good.

@John I will! So far, I love Nick's Roast Beef in North Bev. I am in and out of Salem often during the week. I am relatively new to the area. Been living here year round for about 2 years, before that, only during the college year. So I am still getting to know Boston and the surrounding areas.

I used to catch the Blue line downtown, transferred to the Orange line ended up in Chinatown on a Sunday. Dim Sum, I wish I knew the name of the place, it was in a ball room built in the 30's or 40's...gorgeous, a walk around Boston Commons and the area followed by Vietnamese soup at a Pho shop....catch the Orange to the Blue line all the way out to Wonderland. Then afternoon/evening coffee with friends and done for the day.
