From a small town in Stroudsburg, PA, the Co-founder and Manager of GFD Productions, John Varkados, always had a passion for the music and arts industry. He is a Music Business Management Alumni from Berklee College of Music and is part of the nomination committee of the Boston Music Awards. After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps for 5 years, he moved to Boston to pursue his dream of creating a music business to inspire up and coming artists and musicians. John’s vision for the company is simple: provide a positive and lasting impact in the music and entertainment industries on a global scale.
