Getting back on track

I've been out of the filmmaking area for a little over a year now. I've been gathering my life together after Hurricane Maria and moved from Puerto Rico to North Georgia, (there was something about ATL that made me feel as if I were suffocating and surrounded by pretentious people) where I took a job working at an emergency animal hospital to pay the bills and ensure my family was safe and we had a house to live in. During this year, I've healed, I've cried, and I've felt incredibly lost - the good thing is that these mountains have helped me find my way back to creativity and I've began writing (have one short screenplay completed, one in the process of writing) and began a podcast about pretty much everything - all while still working at the animal ER. I hope that I can continue working my way back to filmmaking and bring my stories (and story) to cinemas across the country soon! here is the link to my new podcast, so you guys can hear it and give me tips. I'm using both the TASCAM-mini studio for the in-house recordings and a Maono lavalier microphone set that I hook up to my cellphone, for when I'm on the road. thanks in advance for all the constructive criticism https://soundcloud.com/lashawn-pagan
