Hi Crystal! What is the primary task of a music supervisor; do you create the music or do you match up the right musicians and manage the correct score for the project?
I’ve shot a serious short / poc over the Summer and needs to move to the post work. How important do you feel music should play for a short?

Hey Thayne, sorry for the delayed response but the role of a music supervisor is to source and clear music for a project. I feel music can be very important to a short as it helps to shape and complement various aspects that are vital.

I have been looking for an experienced and knowlegeable music supervisor - is it you?
