Introduce Yourself : Jeremy McHugh—Long time fantasy/scifi illustrator—relatively new storyboard artist. by Jeremy McHugh

My name is Jeremy McHugh and I’m embarking on a new career as a storyboard artist and illustrator for the entertainment and advertising industries.

I’ve spent 18 years working full-time as a freelance illustrator in publishing —- specializing in action, fantasy, sci-fi, and horror and have enjoyed success there (along with plenty of challenges).

Now I feel like it’s time for new challenges and adventures.

I’m starting from scratch, meeting a whole new and fascinating group of people.

I’ve received great advice, feedback, and encouragement about my work so far during my trips to L.A. from fellow creators.

I’ve worked with a couple of independent production companies so far doing boards for feature and TV. I’ve also done some pitch work (boards and concept design).

I’ll be sure to share my on-going work on my profile and I would love to build a knowledgeable and enthusiastic network.
