Netflix Worth More Than Disney?

I'm flabbergasted by what I'm reading on Variety today. Did y'all see? How do you think this changes the landscape for online distribution?

Admittedly, with "Netflix and Chill", Netflix has successfully embedded itself in the Global, and thus historical, subconscious. But in competition with Disney? Dems is fighting words! LOL!

Well Netflix is $8billion in debt... so... you know.

Damian Lloyd $15B debt is news to me. Last I heard they were $6B in hole and AT&T gave them another $2B. Where is the other 7? I doubt Disney would buy them out, I see no mileage there for them. After all they are launching their own platform and don't need Netflix (or Amazon, who they are also leaving). I figured that the reason AT&T was giving them the case was because they feel in the long term that Neflix will go down the tubes and then get their content at pennies on the dollar (assuming certain contractual provisions which I am, admittedly, speculating on).

I'm always reading about how the pandemic will permanently change the way we do business and I think the Netflix/ streaming thing is going to be bigger and bigger in the future.
