How I converted my screenplay to a novel to a trilogy

I wrote an article for Pipeline Artists recently on the journey converting my screenplay to an award-winning novel, and then to a published trilogy. It's all in there- an open, honest look into what it took to achieve my dream. Have a look....

Fantastic, thanks for sharing! Just curious - did the screenplay ever get made as well? Or was the novel most successful?

Thank you Kay. I'm still looking to get the script (and entire trilogy) made into either a feature franchise or a streaming series. Focusing more on a sci-fi pilot I co-wrote with Gina Nemo. We're shopping that around town currently.

Sweet! Have you put together a pitch for the series as well? If so, definitely reach out to our Director of Script Services, Jason Mirch, who is excellent at matching projects with potential executives (or maybe managers, in your case): J.Mirch@stage32.com

Funny you mention Jason. We've been communicating via email for a couple weeks. I'm definitely seeking management. The TV series pilot has been critiqued by 2 studio execs and a script consultant. And we have a pitch deck. Feels at this point we've done all we can on our own... time to hopefully step up to the next level. :)

Thank you for your comments and pointing me to Jason.
