I’m Annisa, one of the Stage 32 educational moderators. You may have heard my Aussie accent if you have attended our many webinars with incredible industry professionals.
I also, actor, write, direct and produce. Currently in the process of pitching projects on my slate and constantly updating and rewriting those drafts to make them better every rewrite.
That development process, am I right?
Please feel free to connect, and if anyone else is currently in that “development hell”, keep going. Drafts are there to help spark the next genius nugget of your project. We need those re-writes.

Hey, Annisa Belonogoff. You're right. We need the rewrites. I wrote a script once and I was limiting myself because of the opening scene. I knew the scene needed to be rewritten so the script could attract more producers, directors, etc., but I put off the rewrite because of the amount of work it would take and because I didn't want to add another location and more characters to the script, which would increase the budget. I finally rewrote the scene, and the script's much better.

Annisa Belonogoff hi Annisa, I’ve just completed the first draft of an animated series. I’ve sent it out to a small group of friends for their 10 cents of wisdom.
I’m then thinking of creating a crowdfunding initiative to fund the proof of concept, which seems the best way forward for this series. I just felt a whole load of energy for the project, as I committed the story to paper. Love it. A long road ahead for its development, for sure, but I just love the story.
