So, I've received my first coverage this morning...
Of course, I had a "pass". Why wouldn't I? lol It's my first script. I can't put too much pressure on myself. It was worth the price though... and definitely a better experience than my first live pitch (not to discredit or disrespect Mr. Brendan Kenney whose comments were eye-opening for me).
The reader's feedback was constructive overall and, against all odds, made sense. Some of them I can easily gloss over because her background is somewhat opposite to mine and her interests aren't perfectly aligned with the genre in which my story is told. Regardless, her comments brought something new to the table. Another perspective told objectively, without rancor or prejudice.
So yeah, don't be afraid to ask for coverage. No matter how expensive it is, it can help you in the long run. I speak as a novice though, so take it with a grain of salt.

When you have a good head about this, you're not a novice anymore. And it sounds like you really do. That's a great way to look at it. Very well done.

Expect some changes in the pilot's synopsis. Working hard on that as we speak.
