Investors

I want to put together numbers to show investors that my Christmas movie is a solid investment. I can’t find enough budget and revenue numbers on line. Can anyone recommend where I can get numbers for specific films? Premade charts?

You'll have to do the heavy lifting to find box office. As mention already there's IMDB, also Box Office Mojo (part of IMDB), and there's The-Numbers. Search all three, and if the box office revenue is close then use any of them. If there's a wide gap between what each site lists then go with a middle number. Budget info is tightly controlled, and this info is not posted on line. Use Excel for data/chart creation, and Powerpoint for viewing.

Hi Kirsten Wright - I also recommend checking out Michelle Alexandria's class on how to put an investor deck together for anywhere from $0-$3500. She lays out options and ideas that are super valuable for this endeavor. Here's a link so you can check it out: https://www.stage32.com/classes/Stage-32-4-Part-Class-How-to-Attract-Fin...

I look to "The Numbers" all the time. Great resource!
