Hi everyone - I've been a professional ad creative for the past 25 years, and about 10 years ago, I realized how much I love writing scripts more than any other aspect of my career. So, I took a hard left turn and split my time between copywriting and screenwriting. It's been a struggle, especially when it comes to self doubt and imposter syndrome, which only happens about five days out of the week, but with several features written, a few pitch decks put together, and the tremendous support I've received on Stage 32, I've finally worked up the courage to start sharing my scripts and occasionally referring to myself as a (struggling) screenwriter. So, first of all, THANK YOU to everyone on here. Second, keep hyping each other up - it makes a difference. And third, if anyone out there is interested in reading some low to mid-budget horror scripts (I'm looking at you, producers), LMK. Have an awesome weekend everyone.

Hi Paul Guidry first off well done on transitioning to what you love doing, that takes a tremendous amount of courage! Second of all, welcome to Stage 32. Hopefully the tremendous support you've received and will continue to receive will eradicate any 'imposter syndrome'. Third, I wish you every success with garnering interest for your horror scripts.

I know the struggle-- I'm working on that same fight! Slowly putting together storyboards for my own scripts to form a pitch deck.
I know you're looking for producers to read your scripts, but I'm happy to lend my eyes also, if you're looking for extra reviews and thoughts :)

How detailed are you making the storyboards, Ben Henning?

Maurice Vaughan They're certainly nothing to brag about!! I'm just dabbling at the moment, trying to take my script to the next level and familiarize myself with that part of the process.
