Hello! I'm an Actor/Producer seeking short scripts for production. I'm looking to flex my producer muscles a bit more and tell a story that moves, excites, or entertains - original and character-driven on a shoestring budget. I want to build a powerful short film to produce and star in for festival runs, networking, and positioning in the industry.
What I'm Looking For:
Genre: Dramedy, Sci-fi, Fantasy, LGBTQIA+, Period, Feminism,Thriller, Crime (NO HORROR)
Length: 3 to 5 pages max.
Budget: Shoestring ($5K or under).
Compensation: $200; open to alternate compensation, (i.e. Exec Producer credit, etc)
Locations: Minimal, Single preferred
Characters: Up to 4 actors, no children.
Lead: Female, white, 35-45, strong, intelligent with a warrior spirit hiding a deep vulnerability and can still crack a joke
Crew: Micro team, gear included
Practical Effects: No CGI, light practical effects ok, no weapons.
World Location: USA, CA.
