Hi, Brian E. Neal. Glad to meet you too! The CHI is my show (one of them). Congratulations on wrapping a couple of projects and finishing your fourth feature script!
You could post your scripts on your profile. Producers search profiles on here for projects. Click the gear symbol in the top right-hand corner and select “Edit profile” in the drop-down menu. Scroll down to “Loglines” and click “Add/edit loglines” to the right of “Loglines.” You can also post your scripts on your profile this way: www.stage32.com/loglines (near the top where it says “Add a Logline”)

You're welcome, Brian E. Neal. What genre(s) is your fourth script?

My fourth script is a Holiday/Family film. I just posted it on my page. It has some new interpretations of the Santa Claus lore.

Cool, Brian E. Neal. I'm working on a Holiday script, but it goes in a completely different direction. It's a Holiday Horror. I'm about to check out your logline.

Brian E. Neal Hi Brian, how are you doing? It's cool to see you on the IYW. What's the best thing about being a stunt performer?

Brian E. Neal Happy Friday! Is your background as a stunt performer informing your writing? Are you writing scripts that are stunt-heavy?

I'm looking forward to pitching the script, Brian E. Neal. I usually do the heavy lifting in the outline, but this time I really did the heavy lifting in the outline, so the script was easier to write. Hope a producer scoops up your script. It's unique. I think it's going to sell.

Geoff Hall I'm doing good. Hope you are as well!! I think the best thing about being a stunt performer is the one-on-one interaction with your actors. I have doubled quite a few different actors and I can say that none of them have been the same, performance wise. Every actor I've doubled has been nice and kind and I love that part too.

Geoffroy Faugerolas yes and no. I have written scripts with little to no stunts, but I also have written scripts that aren't necessarily stunt heavy but have some pretty cool thought-out action sequences.

Maurice Vaughan I will definitely take a look at it. Wishing you luck and success with your pitch!! I will be pitching my horror script on Sunday. It's the other one on my profile. Thank you for saying that. I'm all about trying something different. My go to is horror, which I love, but I also like other genres and have soooo many ideas for them lol.

Hey Brian E. Neal, welcome to the community and congrats on wrapping those projects and completing your fourth feature! That’s no small feat. I’m Ashley Smith, Head of Community here at Stage 32, and I just want to say how great it is to have someone with your unique background joining the mix.
Your experience as a stunt performer paired with your screenwriting is such a powerful combo — you know how to bring action to life from both sides of the camera. I’d love to see you jump into the Screenwriting Lounge (https://www.stage32.com/lounge/screenwriting) and the Acting Lounge (https://www.stage32.com/lounge/acting) to connect with other creatives who’d really value your insight.
Looking forward to hearing more about your work
