When I joined Stage32, I replied to the welcome email with a simple thank you — and a note that I had submitted 5 original projects.
19 days later… Amanda Toney replied.
She congratulated me and directed me to the Success Team to help match me with producers.
That one reply — to a message I sent with zero expectations — reminded me:
Every honest word leaves a trace.
Even when you think no one’s watching.
Since then, I’ve submitted 20 projects. One was officially accepted.
But Amanda’s reply?
Still one of the most meaningful moments.
If you’re just starting, don’t wait to be discovered.
Show up. Say something real.
