Lilton Stewart III (Writer/Director)

Hey Everyone,

My name is Lilton Stewart III. I’m a Writer and Director based in Los Angeles, CA. I’ve been on this filmmaking journey since 2012, earning my Bachelor's in Digital Film & Video Production in 2015, becoming part of the 2016 ASC Masterclass Alumni, and writing for a range of producers and indie film companies along the way. Over the years, I’ve written and directed multiple short films, and last year, my first feature, The Burden of Guilt, was picked up for distribution by Buffalo 8.

Right now, I’m in post-production on my second feature, All Things Come To Night, and developing my third, Oswald: Down The Rabbit Hole, a horror-adventure starring Ernie Hudson.

I joined Stage 32 back in 2015 but never utilized it until now. So I’m hoping to connect with other filmmakers, writers, producers, and creative minds who love this work as much as I do. Whether it's collaborating, sharing resources, or just being part of each other’s network, I’m always down to build and support wherever I can.

Wishing everyone a creative and productive year. Thanks for taking a moment to read this, and I look forward to connecting with you.

Have a good one!

Blenisse Ituze

Hi! I’m Blenisse Ituze, a 13-year-old screenwriter from Texas who loves telling stories about real feelings, teenage life, and finding connection through art. Sketches of You is my first full screenplay — a teen love story with a 2000s vibe inspired by my own experiences and dreams. I hope it touches your heart as much as writing it did mine.

Ashley Renee Smith

Ashley Renee Smith Thank you so much, Ashley. It's a pleasure to meet you and be back. This is great, someone else suggested I do this, so I'm going to poke my head in and see if I can partake in the adventure. Hope you're having a wonderful week.

Ilay Yılmaz I think that kind of story already has a mass appeal and could very easily find an audience. I think it all boils down to the script. A great script will get most people excited and involved in getting it from paper (or computer) to screen. Also, once there's a locked script, finding Producers who share the same interest in that kind of story would be extremely beneficial.

Thank you, Lifton. The guiding ideas and encouraging words you shared truly lifted me up and helped me move past some thoughts that were holding me back.

Your support strengthens my determination to complete my story and bring it to life.

It feels wonderful to know I’m not alone on this journey, thanks to Stage32.

With love and respect,

İlay

Lilton Stewart III Hey! Just seeing this and now that the week is at the end, I can say with full confidence, it was a shit week. LOL no, it was great, and there's the smell of chicken roasting in the oven and it's an overcast summer evening and I'm effing loving it so ended strong at the very least! <3 How bout you?

Lilton Stewart III

Rosie Schreiber I heard that! Both can be true, though. LOL. That sounds like the setting for a great evening. I'm jealous I don't get to have some chicken, lol. The week was good; I got a lot accomplished and also had some significant me time.

Looking forward to the week ahead!

Rosie Schreiber

Lilton Stewart III Well that also sounds amazing, what is this me time you speak of? LOL yeah it smells bomb! I wanted xmas in july so also making stuffing, boiled baby red potatoes, roasted yams, and candied carrots to go with it lol

Lilton Stewart III

Ilay Yılmaz You got this! :-)

Lilton Stewart III

Rosie Schreiber I hope you got some people to help you with that massive Thanksgiving dinner! If not, I'm officially jealous lol!

Ilay Yılmaz

Wishing everyone here great success, happiness, and healthy, peaceful days ahead.

May your projects flourish and your dreams come true!

Rosie Schreiber
