Kudos to Francisco Castro, the "slayer of the OWA's". Must be up to thirty selections by now.

Leonardo Ramirez

Awesome! Congratulations!!

Francisco Castro

Thanks, Richard Buzzell!!! One more ticket in the screenwriter's lottery....

Leonardo Ramirez

That's awesome Francisco Castro. You are the slayer!!

E Langley

Didn't know OWAs were open to ghostwritten scripts.

Richard Buzzell

Wondering what the "ghostwritten scripts" comment means?

Eric Charran

What always catches my attention with OWA lists is what they reveal about where the industry is actually looking. POW narratives and stories about individual resistance are not the flashy pitches everyone assumes producers want. There is a real gap between what writers think the market is buying and what decision makers are actually asking for.

E Langley

Pretty much what it says.

Pat Alexander

Congrats everyone!

Pat Alexander

Hey E Langley I know what you're referencing. The script has both of the writer's names on the title page, so it's not an issue and everyone is properly credited where they should be. Looks like we just didn't add the second name to this announcement

Laura Hammer

Congratulations!
