Hi everyone,
I’m Roxy, based in Germany—and happy to be part of Stage 32.
I’m a filmmaker, writer, and producer, currently building a space focused on actor development and real-world storytelling.
I’m especially drawn to stories that sit in discomfort—identity, pressure, belonging, and the contradictions people carry. That’s something I’m exploring in my first feature screenplay Go LIVE, which centers around performance, control, and what happens when private truth collides with public exposure.
Right now, I’m focused on developing projects and connecting with actors, filmmakers, and creatives who take the craft seriously and are willing to go beyond surface-level work.
I’m here to connect, exchange perspectives, and collaborate with people.
Looking forward to meeting you all.

Hey Roxy,
So great to have you here and welcome to Stage 32. Your focus on stories that sit in discomfort and explore identity and pressure is really compelling, especially with Go LIVE
What first pulled you toward telling stories around performance and public vs private truth?
Excited to see your work develop and glad you’re part of the community! Nice to e-meet you.

Hey @Pat Alexander, nice to meet you.
Right now I’m working on my first feature screenplay Go LIVE. The script is finished, and I’m currently refining and reviewing it—tightening structure, sharpening character arcs, and preparing it for the next stage.
Alongside that, I’m building TalentiQ, a space focused on actor development through real, practical experience rather than theory—working closely with actors on process, mindset, and on-set reality. What are you currently working on?

Hey @Sydney S,
Nice to e-meet you too.
What first pulled me toward this theme is how massive the internet is—and yet how much of it is still deeply personal. That contradiction has always fascinated me.
People constantly perform different versions of themselves, and social media has amplified that even more. We are always presenting, always shaping how we are seen, even in very intimate ways.
For me, the central question has become: where does the boundary between public and private actually sit today? Especially as someone who creates content myself, I constantly navigate that tension—what to share, what feels too personal, and when honesty turns into exposure.
Go LIVE explores exactly that space. It looks at parasocial relationships and the blurred line between what is real and what is constructed. How the internet doesn’t just reflect emotion, but actively shapes it—and how easily the boundary between connection and illusion starts to disappear.

Roxane Yoman, it’s so great to see you reintroducing yourself here.
I have to say, it’s been really great seeing you participating more in the Lounge conversations recently. That kind of consistency truly makes a difference. It’s how so many of our members end up building meaningful relationships and opening doors to opportunities, so definitely keep that momentum going. As you continue developing your projects, I’d also recommend reaching out to our Success Team at Success@Stage32.com. If you share more about what you’re building and your goals, they can help point you toward curated resources and connections that align with your path.
You mentioned wanting to go beyond surface-level work. What’s been the most important challenge for you so far in bringing that level of depth into Go LIVE?

Hi Ashley Renée Smith ,
thank you so much, I really appreciate that—it means a lot. I’ve genuinely been enjoying the Lounge conversations, it’s a great space to exchange perspectives.
I actually recently submitted Go LIVE for a First 10 Pages review and received a pass, but I really valued the feedback. It gave me clear direction on how to strengthen the story, and I’m currently refining it before submitting again.
I’ll definitely reach out to the Success Team as you suggested—thank you for that.
To your question: the biggest challenge has been cutting through surface-level emotion and getting to something more exact. Not just intensity, but clarity. Making sure the internal conflict isn’t abstract, but specific enough to carry the story without overexplaining it. That’s where I’m pushing the script right now.
Thanks again, I appreciate the support.
