Seeking an indie feature script with a quirky, fun, sometimes deep and wise "lovable loser" female at the lead. Actress also plays guitar and/or ukulele. Think Zooey Deschanel meets Natasha Leonne. Open to genre, but budget under 100K would be ideal. Locations available to us include office, apartment, house in the woods, farm, beach house. Ideally, it'd be a self discovery story of a mid 20something girl trying to find her path set in a small town with a blue collar feel, with funny friends around. It'd be cool if music were apart of it but doesn't need to be the focus. Not a musical. Apatow humor and heart. But again, open to genres. Compensation will be discussed upon further interest. I would also suggest adding a headshot to the profile. Many 32'ers are reluctant to network with those who do not put a face to the name. Also, profiles without a headshot are not eligible for search results. This may hinder the chances of someone finding you by name or profession. Good luck!
