About Kenneth

Writer, producer, director, Kenneth Kemp, knows what is takes to pull together winning shows.

Kemp has produced over 75 films and corporate videos for Fortune 500 companies, winning seven CINDY (Cinema in Industry) awards, including two Best Director nods.

After leaving the corporate film world, Kemp successfully began producing and directing large sporting events.
Some of those include: The FINA World Cup Doha 2012, (Qatar), Torino 2006 Ice Hockey (Italy), 2011 Arab Games, and the Athens 2004 Olympic Summer Games where he produced both Swimming and Synchronized Swimming. 2004 was the first year Swimming garnered a larger television audience than Track and Field. He also worked as producer and on-camera talent at the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Winter Games, interviewing star athletes, politicians and celebrities.

Kemp has several projects in development including:

ATTACHÉ: International crime drama series. BEST PILOT 2014 Scriptapalooza.

BECOMING AUSTIN FORD, Action/Comedy feature: A man tries to restart his life in the Witness Security Program but his past finds him.

RAT TRAP: Crime drama series: Three patriotic Islamic Americans work with the FBI to thwart domestic terrorism threats.

NORMAN’S CONQUEST: Biopic: ANDY NORMAN, a young footballer, England 1972, paralyzed in a horrible accident, turns his passion to the blue blood sport of pigeon racing but braves discrimination not only for his disability but because he’s decidedly blue-collar. His unorthodox breeding and training techniques don’t win him any friends, but his instincts and fortitude finally prove him a winner.

  • Run, Drop, and Glide

    Run, Drop, and Glide (2011)
Film (Short, Comedy, Musical and Sport) Sound department This featured short is a musical that parodies 1960 Surfing Movies. It is a farcical ride through the sport of women's skimboarding with an underlying tone of their fight for recognition within their sport. To date, the sport of skimboarding has no music of it's own, that is until now. It is a tribute to 'B' movie making, as if we saved a skimboarding classic from the 60's, and edited what little footage we have found to give us our story. Written by Anonymous

Athens hosted 11,099 athletes, the largest number ever and also the most women athletes (40 %). Representatives from 202 countries took part, more than any other sports event and all but 5 countries sent women atheletes. The Olympic flame traveled for the first time to all continents. The shot put event was held in Olympia - the site of the ancient Olympic games. The Marathon was run from Marathonas to the Panathinaiko stadium (venue of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896). In essence the runners were running the route run by Phidippides after the battle of Marathon in whose honor the Marathon race was created. A record 4 billion viewers watched the games. Sailing Olympic winner Nikos Kaklamanakis, lit the Olympic torch which pivoted downwards, bringing symbolically together earth and sky and then slowly lifted upwards above the Athens ...
