Stephanie Sellars is a filmmaker, writer, and actress based in New York City. Her award-winning short films have screened internationally at film festivals and on Independent Film Channel. She wrote the Lust Life column for New York Press (2006-2007) and has written articles for Moviemaker and Go Magazine. She has performed and shown her work at numerous venues, among them: Laurie Beechman Theatre, The Duplex, Stage Left Studio, Cornelia Street Café, Pioneer Theater, National Arts Club, Cannes Short Film Corner, Newport Beach Film Festival, Outfest, and San Francisco LGBT International Film Festival. She was awarded residencies at Yaddo and Vermont Studio Center, is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Gettysburg College and is now pursuing a MFA in Film at Columbia University School of the Arts.
