About Hayden

I realized my passion for writing when I was twenty five. I’ve written several screenplays, predominately drama, but find no difficulty exploring other genre’s. In 2016 I secured funding for a concept video for one of my scripts entitled, ‘Weight of the Wind.’ Albeit only $10,000, it still proved challenging and exemplifies my diligence and tenacity. I’m currently still working to secure funding for the film.

After a six month sabbatical traveling through Europe and the United States, I finally transplanted to Los Angeles to further my screenwriting career in 2018. Since that time, I’ve written five new scripts, three shorts, developed two episodic series’ and shot and produced a $10,000 twenty-three minute short film. I do freelance script coverage, ghost writing and currently work for Autumn Bailey Entertainment. I’m very collaborative and dedicated and have always done exceptionally well with deadlines.

Humility is important to me. I’m honest, hardworking and believe I can develop a strong rapport to deliver the ‘great commission’ in an alluring, insatiable way through films. I love the real world. That’s what I like to watch, that’s what I like to write and that’s where I like to live. I’m always looking for the next story to craft, message to apprise and emotions to invoke through candor and truth. I aim to blur the lines between secular and faith films. Jesus was a storyteller and that’s what I feel led to do.
