When a retired special forces soldier arrives in a remote town looking for a new start, he discovers the inhabitants are being subjected to mind control experiments by a paramilitary organisation, with plans to unleash the technology on the entire country. Narrowly escaping capture himself, he enlists a small group of locals to help him save the missing townspeople, now a small army of violent puppets at the command of the Shadow Men.

SYNOPSIS:

Hoping to start a quiet new life, veteran Special Forces Pilot, Tom Chambers, arrives in a small town in the Pacific Northwest, where his friend, and former C.O., recently retired. But Tom’s friend has disappeared, and no one in town seems to know anything, including the Sheriff, who refuses to investigate. Following an unprovoked, violent confrontation at the town's tavern, Tom is rescued by the bar's owner, Rachel, who offers to help Tom find his friend. Their search leads them to a water-bottling plant, where strange sightings have been reported. Captured by men with strange weapons and taken to a heavily guarded military base, they find Tom's missing friend, and learn that the town's population are being subjected to mind control experiments by a secret organisation. Barely escaping, they gather a small resistance group to rescue the townspeople, and stop the Shadow Men before they can unleash their mind control technology on the entire country.
