About Max

My name is Max Hoffmann. I grew up in Germany where I studied Philosophy, Communication/ Journalism/Media and Theatre. My lifelong passion for film made me move to the United States where I started working in the film industry 1999. During the past 15 years I had the great pleasure to work for directors such as Ridley Scott, Markus Nispel, Sidney Furie, Michael Sloan, Joseph Zito and Robert Davi. During my career I have written, edited, and produced over 150 trailers. My expertise includes short and feature films, commercials, reality TV, PSA, news packages, documentaries, music videos. I have a green card and I live currently in Los Angeles.
