Fred Thomas Jr. the seven time 2012 N.A.A.C.P award nominee and winner of Best Director, Best Playwright and Best Producer for his play 12’ x 9’ is an alumnus of Temple University receiving his Masters in Film and Media Arts. His credits and achievements include being one of the original friends who spawned the Budweiser Whassup Guys! from the iconic Budweiser ad campaign, a total of 17 commercials. Thomas is a Film Independent Screenwriting Fellow, the producer and co-star of the feature The Bachelor Party for Image Entertainment, the director of the popular web series Moms. A member of The Television Academy and Cinematographers Guild. He worked with Will Smith’s Overbrook Entertainment production team on Men In Black 3. The director, producer of the film 24 Hour Love and What Would Divas Do? Divalogues, a musical stage play for the series R&B Divas L.A. on TVone; and the writer, director of the 2016 release of the televised show Ladies Book Club.
