DREAM A LITTLE DREAM

DREAM A LITTLE DREAM
By Ellis Barrowman

GENRE: Romance, Comedy
LOGLINE:

A chronic insomniac, desperate for sleep, tries a holistic remedy that actually works. One side effect is that she drags a complete stranger into her dreams who is perfect for her.

SYNOPSIS:

In DREAM A LITTLE DREAM, Sadie has had her fair share of disappointments and responsibilities in life. These have shaped her ‘put your big girl pants on and deal with it’ attitude. It has also given her chronic bouts of insomnia.

When her sister, Viva gives her an amulet to help her sleep, they both laugh it off as hokey. Until it works. Sadie is sleeping deeply and dreaming of a love that couldn’t possibly exist. Except he does. In the same city.

Ray has always just accepted what life threw at him. Never one to rock the boat, he just soldiers on, without question, until he starts having the most vivid dreams. Every morning he wakes up with renewed vigor, anticipation, and ideas.

The problem is, dreams are hazy in the cold light of day. All the feelings remain, but the details are incredibly fuzzy.

In this “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” meets “Serendipity” played out on a baseball field in Boston.
