A poor Chicago man is hit by a car and beaten to death by a local mafioso and police officer in 1910.  The son waits several years before taking revenge. First he wants to marry his only child - a daughter - and then, after killing him, take over his property.

The rector of a film school receives a report that a student has scenes from old movies on his flash drive. These scenes have been deleted due to their misogynistic overtones and are not even on the internet. This time it was scenes from James Cagney and Ronald Reagan movies where these actors were beating women. The student's flash drive was commissively destroyed at 212 degrees Fahrenheit. The student is convinced that he will be expelled from college but his grandfather gives him some advice.

The scriptwriter remembers that a long time ago he sent a script to the studio, which can now be considered anti-, racism and phobic. A studio employee blackmails him into giving it back if he signs on as co-writer of a nominated work.

They invite the French to unveil a monument to the Napoleonic cavalry charge on Moscow. A Tsarist official in this town sabotages the event - because 20 years earlier, as a peasant, he had stolen shoes from the French who were killed. He murders the French envoy and throws up evidence that an English agent did it. A French detective-historian studying the events of the battle begins to uncover inaccuracies and slowly comes to the truth.

This will cause inflation and later riots and a revolution that will overthrow the godless communist regime.  The idea is supported by developers, a chain of international hotels and the president of the USA because the supply of Cuban cigars is irregular.

The group is joined by the farmers and opponents of building radio masts because, according to them, antennas cool the air and attract winter from Canada.
