Demedrius Charles is a St.Lucian born Writer, Director, Poet and Producer. His Credits include four shows made for television and two Off-Broadway productions. Three of his standout works are "Broken," Ascension: I am not my Mother", web-series "The D Matzzis" and "Pot Calling Kettle."
In 2013, Charles wrote and produced "Le Chateau", a play which was performed at the Paul Robeson Theater in Brooklyn. In 2002, he produced "Matters of the Heart", his debut performance which took place at the American Theater of Actors and then famed Cabaret lounge, Danny's Grand Sea Palace in Manhattan.
Demedrius recieved the 2018 Sir John Compton President Award and the 2015 St.Lucia House Foundation Arts Award. In addition, he garnered an Achievement Award from The Piton International Film Festival for his film "Ascension: I am Not My Mother".
