The problem is the production would only be at a few festivals. And what all does a producer do? This is my second film and the last film, I did everything, just about!
did you find one yet?
Peter, haven't spent much time on this site in the last year. I mainly am active in groups on facebook. But nope, did find one.

I recently got involved with OIF New York (independentfilmmakers.org) and got a script approved, but they made it sound like you could use the network they provide to find a producer. The guy who runs it sent me a DM and told me that the filmmakers are expected to produce it themselves, which makes me wonder why I bothered even though I like the script I generated for the project.
What time of day do you have your best ideas?
In the shower or during my train commute with my eyes closed and my buds in.

Yes, when the characters come to life and begin conversing with you - interesting experience, but it doesn't enhance one's sleep.

The feature is a historical drama.

That is twelve screenwriting awards to date.
I am currently working on "Journey to Nowhere the second of a Trilogy of screenplays. The momentous story of Lucas.

"A girl from a broken home seeks a new life in Windsor and falls for an officer in the Royal Court. The couple are forced to forego their happiness in a clandestine scheme to save the royal dynasty as the public clamour for a republic."
I spend my entire life waiting for development notes.
LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!
I have just received notification that my Screenplay The Shadow Prince has just won an Award at the Wild sound Festival in Toronto.
I must get back to working on this script. I do not mind rewriting history as most we see today in school history books is distorted. Adding a little truth adds zest.
I do love anything unusual. The more unusual the better because audiences deserve an experience at the cinema and not another lookalike Hollywood production.

I know it's probably cliche, but I'd have to say Spielberg. The guy has been my top film and storytelling influence literally since I was a kid.
Shonda Rhimes. I watched her masterclass which was awesome. Her talent for character development is great. She knows how to get her audience to love her characters.
