GENRE: Thriller, Action
LOGLINE:

After a hotshot pilot lands a private jet he's been chartered to fly on an island to pick up his friend, he and his passengers end up in a life-or-death confrontation.

SYNOPSIS:

Jack Moss a widowed single parent and an air force retired pilot, flies private jets for wealthy clients. In one such trip from Puerto Rico to Miami, Jack fakes a mayday call and lands on an uncharted deserted island with his clients Marcus & Emily Burke, who is going through a rough phase in their marriage. After the landing at an abandoned airport, he confesses the truth to his client couple and his friend, air-hostess Alina Baker, a recovering drug addict, that he deliberately landed to give his friend a ride back to the US in exchange for $500k. Jack locks the cockpit, the only radio source since there is no cellphone reception on this island, and leaves the plane to search for his friend.

Jack finds his friend Clay Jordan, a disgraced retired navy veteran, shot in a bar by the cartels a few miles away from the plane alive, along with many dead bodies because of the shoot-out. He saves his friend and brings him on board, but the cash Clay promised is still on the island. The Burkes then ask Jack to take them home, but Jack further admits that he requires the money because his son is in legal trouble for running his car over an old man. Burkes insist Jack take them home, and they will give Jack the money he needs, but Clay pleads with them to save his wallet, which he left in the bag with cash. If that wallet falls into the hands of the cartel, they will kill him and his family. So, collectively everyone in the plane agrees to help Clay. Jack and Marcus go on a mission to get Clay's wallet while Alina puts some sense in Emily's head about how to save her marriage from dissolving. Cartel's ruthless leader Carlos, along with a few of his men, lands on the island in a helicopter to claim back his money which Clay was trying to get away with.

Jack heroically protects his clients and friends from Carlos and his men by destroying Carlos's helicopter preventing him from calling his army to the island. He then takes both of Carlos's accomplices down. When Carlos tries to escape the island in Jack's private jet, Jack uses small-sized rocks in a dump truck parked by the abandoned airport, running it over the runway in front of the plane and releasing the stones, which destroy the plane, killing Carlos in it. They all get rescued by the coastguard and reach Miami. In the final reveal, Jack intelligently learns that his friend Clay is a cartel who also worked for Carlos. Clay threatens Marcus to transfer him $5M, but Jack interferes and saves Marcus's money, and takes Clay down. Marcus provides his legal team's help for Jack's son's case and helps to pay the final settlement. The Burkes, Jack, and Alina are happy together and find love in each other.
