Reparations Short Film Official Trailer

REPARATIONS is about a Jewish Holocaust Survivor named Howard who agrees to be interviewed by Michonne, an African-American lesbian doing research for her grad thesis on reparations. Howard relishes his time talking to the younger woman as she questions him about surviving in a concentration camp. However, he cannot grasp any similarity between reparations for descendants of slaves versus those he's received from Germany as a Holocaust survivor. The more they talk, the more his past is revealed.

Had an amazing time at the QueerX Festival in LA last week presented by Revry. Our short won Best Drama and I got to experience in incredible pitch fest. Highly recommend this festival for those writing for LGBTQ.

Short film heading to Cannes

Seeing this makes it so real. We are so excited to be screening at the American Pavilion Emerging Filmmakers Showcase at Cannes on the 19th. I’m one proud screenwriter/producer. Looking forward to meeting other stage 32 people and soaking it all in.
