Born and raised in Texas, i grew up watching my older brother act, and knew from an early age that i wanted to do this. throughout my childhood, my mom drove me to auditions up and down the highways of Texas between Austin and Dallas. She was often getting a sub for her classes, as being both a teacher and parent, she somehow thought I was much more important than the future of America. Thank you for believing in me, mom.
My love for acting continued to grow throughout high School and I realized that this is what I wanted to do as a profession. I attended McLennan Community College then transferred to Univeristy of north Texas where I received a b.a. in theatre with emphasis on acting and directing.
About a year after I graduated I knew that I needed to make a big move in my life in order to continue pursuing acting as a profession. so, in September of 2001, i packed my bags, rented a UHaul, and with the help of my father, rolled into New York City. I spent the next 8 years learning about the acting industry, and used the awesome city that i called home as a training ground.
In September of 2009, it was time. My wife and I decided to move to Los Angeles. So, here I am. I have already found some success in the short 5 years I have been here and Look forward to what lies ahead....thanks for stopping by!
