Yesterday, at the Burbank International Film Festival, we had the distinct honor of screening the movie version of the classic book, "Acting: The First Six Lessons." The movie stars Beau Bridges & Emily Bridges, in Emily's directorial debut. As Beau mentioned in his Q&A after the film, he's been trying to set up projects to produce his entire career, and this is the first one he's gotten off the ground. It's a testament of how we should never give up. The film is a docu-drama that intersperses interviews with 3 generations of the Bridges acting dynasty, whom includes Jeff, Lloyd and Emily's brother, Jordan. Beau explains that the book not only teaches how to be a good actor, but how to be a good person. Here's the trailer: https://vimeo.com/491403350 I'd recommend actors read it, and please share your thoughts! :)
