Very interested to see where this goes. Berlinski is a bull dog and I'm curious how this will settle or if it will open Pandora's box: https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/business/business-news/disney-tsg-laws...

Amanda Toney There's that phrase again, Amanda. "executive compensation". I wonder if this will shake the foundations of Disney, who I think were in trouble a while back and had to sack a whole raft
of talented people.
It also makes me feel more than ever, that the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes are more justified and we need a just settlement.

Amanda Toney I wonder how this will affect TSG investing in 20th Century Studios movies and Disney movies going forward, if this is true.

There'll be a rather large settlement as no studio wants its financial records opened to the public. If TSG doesn't invest in any other Fox/Disney films. Meh, no big deal. Another investor will step forward.

Wasn't the rule during "Old Ho;;ywood"-always get paid up front, even if it is less because they will never show any net profits on back end?
