Hey all, I’m Jed Power, a crime fiction author turned screenwriter. I spent years writing the Dan Marlowe/Hampton Beach, NH Crime Series (eight novels that built me a loyal following), but these days my focus is on the screen. Storytelling has always been my thing—whether it’s on the page or on the screen—and I’m looking to take the next step by connecting with an agent, manager, or producer who sees the potential in my work.
I currently have several scripts ready to roll:

The Fentanyl War (political/military thriller)
Pilots (Half-hour & One-hour):
The Adventures of Eddie & Derwood (comedy series, based on my Hampton Beach short stories)
A Stroke of Luck ( dramedy pilot based on my true story—a raw, funny, and moving take on recovery and resilience)
Saving Hampton Beach (crime drama series, a spinoff of my novels)
Short Scripts:
Several festival-ready shorts (comedy, crime, and drama) that show range and punch.
Bottom line: I know how to tell a story that moves people. I’m also looking for writing assignments—features, pilots, rewrites—anything where I can bring sharp characters, authentic dialogue, and gripping plots to life.

nice to meet you Jed Power ! congrats on the body of work - it’s inspiring. The Fentanyl War sounds like a very timely story world, unfortunately. and encompassing quite a few global actors. are you thinking of it as a US based production or something more international? cheers
