Why pay someone else if you can do it yourself
It will depend on the level of experience, you do get what you pay for, but for an experienced line producer to do a breakdown, schedule, budget it typically costs anywhere from $1500-3000 and that is based on the budget of the film and therefore how many elements go into it. This will include some revisions and calculations for tax incentives.

To create a schedule and a budget. It is not a daily or weekly rate, but it will typically take 1-2 weeks for them to complete.

I have been a producer for thirty years. I have all the high tech budget gizmos, I would do it for free if it secured my job as the producer. Doing a budget is so easy now.
Easy if your good at breaking down the script and at calculating the shooting days.
