A BUDDY ACTION feature.
Think Bad Boys. Think Hobbs and Shaw. Think Lethal Weapon.
It's one of my favorite genres and something that I think Hollywood would enjoy.
BOOOM. BAM.POW.
You guys know what I mean.
Title: Plane, Trains and Automobiles
Logline: When a geological terrorist threatens to destroy the world's ecosystem through a series of disaster, a anti-terrorism specialist must escort the lone survivor scientist to a secret location to destroy a catastrophic bomb before it gets into the hands of the terrorist group threatening the world.
Comps: Bad Boys meets Hobbs and Shaw

Plane, Trains and Automobiles is an exciting, unique Buddy Action movie! I suggest changing the title since there's a popular Buddy Comedy movie titled the same thing.
I think you're close to a solid logline. Change "disaster" to "disasters." You put "When a geological terrorist threatens to destroy the world's ecosystem" at the start of your logline, so you don't need "threatening the world" at the end.
Some of my favorite Buddy Action movies are Rush Hour, Men in Black, Bad Boys, and 48 Hrs.
