I have several ideas for movies and or ongoing TV series. All my ideas are in the horror Genre. Would love some advise to get started.

Well, either you have to start writing or start paying someone else to do it for you. If you want to be a writer, ya gotta write. brainstorm your ideas, flesh them out, read screenwriting books, learn structure, read LOTS of scripts and pilots, decide what medium you want to write in or which is better suited for your ideas. And start to outline. Or, find a consultant (like me) to help you sort thru it and point you in the right direction. But you either have to write it, or pay someone else to. No one will ever buy an idea/pitch.
EVERYONE has ideas. It's what you do with them that counts. If you're a writer, start writing. If not, learn how to write a screenplay or find someone who will write one for you (which is the hard part because they all have ideas of their own).
Ideas are a dime a dozen. It's how they are executed that makes the difference.
You're right on that, Jody. You ever want to do a polish and a split, let me know. I have several romcoms plus other genre's. Shooting a feature-length romcom this winter.

Get it on the page! Write, write, write, write.
Doug. Get Celtx Cards. It is s very simple app that will let you start breaking your stories into single thoughts (cards). You'll soon see which ones will survive. Then start writing. The Script Lab has some YouTube videos. Watch them, they'll help.
One more thing. Ideas are worthless. The value comes in how you write them. There are hundreds of movies that are exactly the same as each other. The other thing that will stop people from helping you quicker than slapping them in the face is "I can't tell you my idea". Because IDEAS ARE FREE and writers have so many they will never steal yours.
