I don't have any suggestions as far as online courses go, but I do have a few books and websites as recommendations for you. They have helped me learn more about screenwriting and the business side of things. Here goes nothing:

I'm actually taking a writing lab through Stage 32 right now (my second). I love the labs because you get personalized feedback and the recordings so you can go back and watch them again.
