OPEN WRITING ASSIGNMENT: My "DRESS" is currently on a little, mini winning streak. Perhaps I should call it a "Mini Dress?"

Hello, once again, my "FLAVOR FLAVS" of the Screenwriting World. Brock here to share more ACTION-PACKED, 3-D EXCITEMENT from my Kinda-Kinda Cool Life. I received an email this afternoon from THE STAGE 32 INTERNATIONAL TOP SECRET HEADQUARTERS OF THE UNIVERSE, tossing slap-happy, good vibes my way with regards to my Supernatural Thriller, THE DRESS, which has earned recognition as a top script for OWA (0222)-- "Producer Seeks Murder Mystery Feature with Unique Structure." Last December, "THE DRESS" received similar kudos for OWA (0214)-- "Producer Seeks Addiction Features." It's extremely gratifying to learn that my little 1923 flapper dress not only scares my protagonist in the script, but perhaps, scares contemporary readers as well!

I know your feature script will be completely different, but I'm automatically thinking about one of my favorite movies: "Dressed to Kill".

Maurice Vaughan

Congratulations, Bill Brock!

Rutger Oosterhoff 2 Oh, Rutger! "Dressed to Kill" is a classic! Brian De Palma is a GREAT director! Have you ever seen one of my De Palma favorites, 1981's BLOW OUT? That one is Amazing!

Bill Brock

Maurice Vaughan Thanks, Maurice. Just getting the product out there and "working it" to the best of my ability. : )

Bill McCormick

Maurice Vaughan
