Hi DB, sure thing, where do you usually meet, or is the first of what could be many a meeting
Hi Rick! It's the first of what could be many a meeting. Looking to connect with folks in the Dallas area or those that happen to be in town on biz. No takers as of yet but hoping to change that. Would love to have you on board.
I am the founder and leader of a Dallas VOICE OVER meetup group six years old now. We meet second Thursday each month. Go to www.meetup.com/university-park-dallas-voiceovers to see more. You must join the group to attend. The natl. org. demands that. Leaders pay a bi=yearly fee to be a leader.
Hi Bettye! Thanks for that info! Definitely something I will look into when I have the time to attend. Have a great/safe weekend!
You know, DB, everyone thinks a long career is a guarantee...it's not. We all, no matter the length of our career or our age, are frantic that maybe other jobs won't come or will come too slowly. It's the actor's life. Hope to meet you sometime. Bettye Z
I'd love to do some networking in Dallas. Hope this works out.
Am definitely interested, DB. Keep me updated.
Keep me posted once your meetup is scheduled. Would love to get photos that we can feature on Stage 32!
I'm interested in networking as well.
Are you still up for a Meet Up? I'm in McKinney and I know I've seen a lot of north Dallas profiles - lets do this!
I would love to meet and greet! - call me if you need help setting this up.
I have a hangout central to the DFW crowd. Family owned restaurant with a corner stage for all the hams in this bunch... http://texankitcheneuless.com/ Just say the word I I will book us. Some of the nights are taken with other events but we could really rock this place and have some fun...
I am interested in the Dallas area meeting.
Keep us posted on when this group gets together :)
You should meet at the bar at the renovated Texas Theater in Oak Cliff. Super cool vibe, and a wonderful place that screens obscure, cutting edge and vintage movies. Barak Epstein runs it on a day to day level and all the principles make films. These are good people.
Yes I actually took a screen writing course there- very cool place.
Well let me know when it is all organized and has a set date for our meetings, can alternate meeting places each week, every other week, what ever works. See ya, RIcH
Yes, I'm new to stage 32 but very interested in meeting.
Hi everyone - there's a DFW proposed meetup here to celebrate Stage 32's 3 year anniversary - you should pop in the thread to make it happen: http://www.stage32.com/lounge/stage_32_meetups/DFW-opens-its-curtain-to-...
