It's way too early to call is a success story, but I'm happy to report that after joining Stage 32 just days ago, one of the two management companies I pitched has asked to read my based on true story dramatic comedy "Pink." I'd heard a little about Stage 32 months ago, but it had languished in my "to investigate" pile. At the prompting of a fellow Sacramento screenwriter, I joined. But with so much information on the page, I let it sit for several days. Sunday I logged on and found that a pitchfest was in progress. I'd delivered a 2-minute pitch at the AFM pitch session, but an 8-minute skype session was a whole different matter. I have high hopes the management company that asked to read "Pink" will be my ticket to success, but regardless I suspect this will be beginning of a long relationship with Stage 32.

Congrats! Being able to schedule a pitch with a prodco, for a small fee, is light years ahead of the old days; sending out query after query and not even knowing if it just went straight to the 'circular file'.
