Hey guys, I'm new here and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a screenwriter from Loveland Colorado. I have been working on my craft for about five years and am slowly getting better. Some of my biggest accomplishments are making the Scriptshadow 250 Top 25, The Page Semi-Finals, and winning Best Screenplay at Charleston Film Fest last year.
I'm really hoping to meet some great writers on here to teach me a thing or two and to help others along their journey whenever I can. I have horrible social anxiety and suck at networking. I'd love any advice on what I can do here on Stage32 to improve myself as a writer.

Welcome John. Sounds like we jumped in about the same time. I've been involved in several learning opportunities and seminars. I push each day to write. My notes from established writers are not as potentially devastating than the earlier days, so I'm guessing I'm also slowly improving. Best of luck to you and congrats on your contests. I haven't started that route yet.
