I'm a southern transplant living in Los Angeles now, trying to follow the dream! I started my profile on Stage 32 a couple years ago, but didn't really keep up with it. Haven't been the biggest fan of networking, but I've learned over the years, besides craft, networking is one of the most crucial aspects of what we do. I'm looking forward to connecting with other like-minded individuals. Happy networking everyone!

I made this short film Like Father last year from writers David A. Lee & Daniel Vaillancourt after doing a reading of it at the WGA West in Los Angeles. When I got home last year from Savannah after acting on the film The Birth of a Nation, it was such a life changing experience as an artist. I felt the need to work on something powerful. With a longing to be creative and the desire to direct for a 2nd time, and after the reading was so well received. I decided to make it into a short film. I asked several of my talented friends to help me produce it, Alexandra Paul, Scott Crawford and Paul Elia. Got some really great actors Denise, Nic Few, Terry Ray, Mike C. Manning and Daniyar. A fabulous D.P. Corrin Hodgson, Two kick ass editors Christopher Baiza and Billy Clift and a set designer who made the filming a joy, Susan Hopper! And we all made LIKE FATHER.

My father, who passed a few years ago, always told me in his Polish accent, "When you show up for an audition, wear a tie". What I took him to mean was "show up and be your best self". And that's what I have done with this film ...hopefully.

I know what you mean Thomas, networking is definitely not my thing lol, but unfortunately it's a part of it - hate it or love it.
Welcome...
