Hi everybody.
I'm here as voyeur - picking up all I can from those steeped in the business. My book Tears of Glass hit Amazon's top 30 thrillers in 2017 and won an obscure literary award. Many years ago Irvin Kershner wanted to make the movie, but I had no idea how to write a screenplay. Just finished the first draft and have had a thumbs- up from a recent chairman of Bafta, but I know it sucks. Working on it and thinking about how to get it ' Out there.'

Do you have any film schools nearby? If so, ask for their best writer who might help for the experience.
Thank you Judy. Yes the ex -Bafta chairman used to run one on the world's best. However, his comments covered the overall feel of the work and did not specifically address format or character arcs etc. I have started to put the screenplay out to professional readers and am awaiting feedback. However, your idea is a good one. Cheers.
Do you guys know how to get idea financed??
