It is interesting to note my confidence level after completing the re-write for my current screenplay has given me ignition. I wonder if this is common, I mean I feel good. Better than when I finished it the first time. Yes, I did have it critiqued by a Stage 32 reader who said it could sing with work and I have followed through on the advice I was given. The totally revised work I now have in hand looks better and reads far easier than I imagined, and ready to enter competition. Thanks again Stage 32...Next in line, the story of a wealthy friend of mine who was murdered by a group of con artists. It's a true story, and a hair-raiser! One of the Attorney Generals in the land where all this took place said, "the court documents read like a John Grisham novel." I'm in the process of changing the names of people and locations, a few of those evil people are still alive and still free. I wanted to write a couple of screenplays before I tackled this story and I think I'm ready. My motivation to write this? Justice and revenge

I have every statement and court document connected with his untimely death because I was an heir mentioned in his will. Logline: Surrounded by takers, a wealthy single senior grows paranoid of his inner circle of friends, exchanging them for a murderous group of con artists.
