Hi all, I'm pre-WGA and I keep seeing promotions for screenwriting competitions, etc. Leaving aside the moment of their inherent value, is entering a competition an OK activity for some like me, during the strike? If so, when does it cross over into prohibited activity?

Yes, you can submit to competitions.
Nice to meet you, Frank Fortin. Dustin is right. Here's Stage 32's statement on the strike (www.stage32.com/strike). It talks about Stage 32's contests during the strike.
