Hello creators,
I’m a screenwriter and game writer who loves building dark worlds.
My specialty? Crafting creatures, villains, and lore. I’m always hunting for new inspiration.
Lately, I’ve been exploring a genre mix: Cyberpunk & Paranormal Horror × Dark Fantasy & Sci-Fi. Neon, spirits, monsters, ritual magic, and future tech are colliding all at once.
I’m always looking to connect with other creators, so I’m curious: Which film or game do you think has the best creature designs you’ve ever seen?
One of my favorites is Gantz: O. Its world is filled with incredible creatures and battles that reignited my drive to create.

Hey, Dwayne Williams 2. Hope you're having a great week! You know what I thought of when I saw that picture? A werewolf panda bear.

Dwayne Williams 2 What games have you worked on? We are moving into the space with a game jam in early 2026.

Haha, just about nailed it, Maurice Vaughan.
A werewolf panda is pretty close to what I’m working up.
Here’s a glimpse of the creature (Niyal) in my current project:
"She begins to transform slowly, deliberately.
Bones cracking, joints popping, limbs expanding in a crunching sound that echoes through the forest.
Ammo watches, unsure if what he’s seeing is real.
Her body convulses, fur surging up across her flesh, increasing her size and muscles as she stands taller, then collapsing back into human skin and form, like a heartbeat.
Shifting back and forth.
Fluid.
Effortless.
In total control.
She isn’t transforming to attack.
She’s transforming to show him what she is.
A Master Kutane Shifter.
The most feared creature in the entire underworld."

Scary stuff, Dwayne Williams 2! The Predator franchise has some of the best creature designs I’ve ever seen.

Thanks for asking, Shadow Dragu-Mihai, Esq., Ipg! I’m developing a few AAA-aimed projects:
11 DOORS – a martial arts dark-fantasy series with a style and tone similar to Ghost of Tsushima/Mortal Kombat, with supernatural horrors, underground trials, and mythic creatures woven into the combat.
ARUBIX – a cyberpunk-influenced FPS multiplayer project with a stylized, competitive feel closer to Fortnite.
Blood Magic – dark fantasy inspired by The Witcher and Assassin’s Creed, focusing on creatures, rituals, shifters, and ancient magic in an urban dark fantasy world.
Each project is being developed with AAA ambition and scale in mind. I'd love to hear more about your 2026 game jam. It sounds exciting.

Cyberpunk paranormal horror sounds like you're throwing every cool aesthetic into a blender and seeing what nightmare fuel comes out—I respect the chaos. Gantz: O is a deep pull that shows you've got taste beyond the usual Alien/Predator answers. For creature design? Annihilation's bear scene still haunts my nightmares in the best way. Great to hear from you @Dwayne and looking forward to whatever eldritch tech-demon spawn emerges from your brain next!

Thanks, Maurice Vaughan! The Predator franchise is absolutely legendary. I recently watched Badlands and was hoping to see more of the Predator tribes explored, but still such a great movie!

You're welcome, Dwayne Williams 2. I like Predator: Killer of Killers! I still need to see Badlands. They might show more of the Predator tribes in another movie.

Your work and genre blend are genuinely compelling, and your focus on building rich, dark worlds really shows. In terms of character design, my top pick would be Avatar — its characters are visually striking, culturally grounded, and crafted with incredible attention to detail.
