Really excited about this one.
The Long Drift just landed Semi‑Finalist at NYISA — which officially makes four different projects that have placed since January:
• The Bushmen (pilot)
• Specular Reflection (Bushmen short companion)
• Line of Departure (sci‑fi/horror)
• The Long Drift (sci‑fi)
It’s been wild watching each lane find its own traction — prestige drama, sci‑fi/horror, and now straight sci‑fi. My horror script is up next, and this momentum has me feeling like that “hold my beer” moment I joked about earlier this year might’ve been the start of something real.
