Busy month here at the studio. I'm honored to join the Slater Brother's Entertainment Hamilton International Film Festival again this season as a jurist. For those of you on Stage 32 from Central New York, I encourage you to check it out. The filmmaker's Q & A sessions after the screenings offer a deep dive into the indie cinematic world. On the studio front, it's been a busy month simultaneously working on my own animation film festival, Anima Cinefest. I hope to finish the SEO for the realigned studio website this afternoon, and in the next two weeks build out the 7.1 surround sound film soundtrack I'm putting together for this mid-October theatrical event. In addition to that, I'm looking forward to tackling week 10 and 11 of our global media campaign that has been teasing out our 24 week clue-by-clue title reveal. I hope to see you at the movies!
Always good to see you in the lounges James Wunderlich - hope you're doing well. Congrats on joining the festival. That's fantastic! As an animation writer, would love to learn more about the Anima Cinefest. If there's an email mailing list for that, please let me know!

Leonardo Ramirez, will do. I've been realigning the studio website from the ground up this month. So far, I have the landing page up and running on both mobile and desktop. I hope to bring more pages online before the month is out. This week has been busy, but fun: what with July Filmmakers Club and helping out locally with the annual Slater Brother's HIFF Festival in town.
Sounds like a full plate James Wunderlich. I’m away with my wife this weekend celebrating our anniversary - hence the delay in responding. I’ll send over my personal email via DM at the first opportunity.
Sounds like an exciting and very productive season. Wishing you success with both the Hamilton International Film Festival and Anima Cinefest. Looking forward to hearing how everything comes together!
Thanks all! The HIFF Festival had another great week long screening again this year (18 total years now). We did take a one day break to enjoy music and vender food trucks on the village green, but that didn't stop us from talking film. As a jurist, I must say that each screening was an enjoyable watch and the Q & A after was always a heartfelt deep dive into the films and a first hand account of the current state of independent filmmaking from a variety of viewpoints in both the questions asked and the answers given. On a personal note, it's so nice to get the chance to hang out in a room of creatives, see their work and learn more about the craft and shared journey. Goals for this week are to spend some more time on Stage32 and respond to those of you who have kindly reached out to me in the posts. I'm looking forward to it.
